Iron Man, The Hulk, Ant-Man and the Guardians of the Galaxy. These are all superheroes that we know and love from the movies. But, Chris Evans a.k.a. Captain America payed tribute to real-life hero….Bridger Walker of Cheyenne, Wyoming.
This six-year-old boy saved his four-year-old sister’s life from a charging dog attack. When the attack was over, his sister was unharmed. According to Deadline, Walker underwent two-hours of surgery and had to get more than 90 stitches.
Walker’s aunt shared on her Instagram page about the situation. While doing so she tagged several Marvel actors on her post. Besides Evans she also tagged Tom Holland, Mark Ruffalo, Robert Downy Jr., Chris Pratt, Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston and Vin Diesel.
Evans sent Walker a video message saying how her sister is lucky to have a brother like him. In addition to his tribute, the Marvel star is sending Walker a real Captain America shield as a gift to him.
People get to enjoy seeing their favorite super heroes on the big screen. These heroes are what kids look up to especially Walker. He’s a Captain America fan (as you can tell from the aunt’s post) and now it looks like Evans is now Walker’s fan.
I’d like to give a big hand for Bridger Walker. He put himself in harm’s way in order to save his little sister and that is being a true superhero. As Chris Evans told him, “Pal, You’re a Hero.”
