Crisis on Infinite Earths, the long awaited CW crossover is getting closer. In this big crossover we have not one, not two, but three Supermen and one of them is Tom Welling.
Fans remember Welling playing Superman in the series Smallville. He was a teenager with superhuman abilities and later he discovered that he was from another planet (and we all know what planet that was).
He went from being a super teenager from high school to a full grown superhero defending Metropolis. The series ended with him taking on Darkseid and his minions. While filming this show, Welling received praise for his performance and got many award nominations.
After the Emmy winning series came to an end in 2011, the role of Superman went down to numerous actors. Welling has then been in numerous other roles in various different shows. Some series included Lucifer, Parkland and The Choice.
With the crossover coming up, we will witness three actors (including Welling) taking on the role of the Kryptonian survivor.
First we have Tyler Hoechlin. He had made his debut as the Man of Steel in season two of Supergirl. In addition, he appeared in the Elseworlds crossover in December 2018.
Then we have Brandon Routh. Not only will we see him as The Atom, but he will be playing Superman as well. Routh previously portrayed the Man of Steel in the 2006 movie Superman Returns.
The Crisis on Infinite Earths will have the Anti-Monitor (LaMonica Garrett) as the major antagonist and all heroes come together to save the multi-verse. Some heroes will include the people from Black Lightning and Jonah Hex (Johnathon Schaech).
Here are the dates for the Arrowverse crossover:

Even though there are more details to come, Crisis of Infinite Earths will be a CW crossover event you don’t want to miss.
